Alondra Murillo, is from the Rockford area. She recently graduated with her Master’s deg
ree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Judson University. Alondra is bilingual and provides services in both English and Spanish.
Alondra has been working with children and teenagers who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. She understands that counseling can be a nerve-wracking experience for anyone who walks through those doors, and she strives to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of her clients.
She views counseling as a journey that will challenge the client and show unconditional positive regard in any area of their life that needs support. She uses a person-centered approach with her clients and utilizes play-based therapies when working with children and adolescents.
In her free time, Alondra enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, going to the movies, and being in nature. She hopes to support anyone who is struggling with their mental health.
